Sri Ganesh Farms — cheated us by giving the female maltese dog when we paid for male maltese

I have ordered for male maltese imported puppy for which he charged 63000rs but they sent female maltese and he said he will exchange in 24hrs but now not even responding for calls.
I have all the details of transaction history his farm check number.
Even the papers of the dog were also not submitted.
Please punish the person for cheating. I can give the details whatever required. I have the address.
