Sir, i have purchased a "unicorn" bike in sri ganesh motors, multi brand two wheelers showroom on 06.02.2019. (Tn23cq0302) chasis no. Me4kc315fka065446, engine no. Kc31ea1064322. The two wheeler is having multple faults i have service twice at the show room. Some of the faults were rectified. The staff did not respond properly and hence i lodged a complaint. Thereafter i was asked to contact the show room at sainathapuram, vellore. The mechanic of sainathapuram service centre has informed me that the speedometer is faulty and informed me that they will replace by a new one since my bike is warranty. I have contacted the service centre several times to ascertain the receipt of speedometer. Every time they inform that they have indented and supply is yet to be received.
