On 24.8.2020, I have taken a new Indane Gas connection from Sri Giridhar Agencies, for my Apt in Bengaluru.
At this stage, I highlighted to them the old connection that was there with me, given by the same agency. It was in the name of my Uncle, whose Apt I had bought and took over the connection as well. Ever since we were based abroad and didn't need to use the same. We returned for good to India in June 2020 and approached the above Agency, to regularise records. They maintained that as per their records, it has been transferred out of Bengaluru and hence unable to take it forward. With no choice, I went in for a new connection in Aug 2020, as mentioned above.
The issue I now have is 2 additional cylinders with me, from the old connection and 2 new cylinders issued with the new connection. This Agency does not want to accept the old cylinders back, which is their property. I have also paid deposit against the same.
Since space is a constraint in an Apt, I need Indane Gas, through this Agency to accept the old cylinders back and give me back my deposit. My request to them for consideration is not being entertained.
