Dear sir,

My consumer number 7809
I have booked cylinder on 30 May 2021
Till 10 June 2021 I have not received cylinder
I have called the office for cylinder ...I have informed already delivered on 03 June 2021.
On 3rd they bought cylinder...but we have checked the cylinder at the time delivering...it seems to be leaking ...Satish is the delivery person took back the cylinder .

I request to deliver the cylinder address this issue as soon as possible.
