Basically the flat sold to us in a tripartite agreement at Sri Krishna Excel Stone at Block B wing C 110, With the highly quoted price in the year of 2017 Jun.
We have made a cancellation and informed bank in the year or 2018 itself that we are no more interested to go with this flat go ahead and cancel the bookings and get the payment back from builder since it is disbursed directly to build not to my account.
From that day till now 2023 we are on 2023 builder has not cancelled the booking and returned those amount to the bank and bank is keep on chasing with me for the money and also bank lodged a case against me on NI act 138 that is cheque bounced.
Builder is very big person and I don't think he will take that much time to return someone money on flat cancellation.. however other parties can take that flat and he take the money and return it to bank for closure.
I am litrlerly suffering with bankers and courts for the last 4 yrs.
Looking for the support for this close and return the money by builder to banks and close this loan... Was this information helpful? |
