I have ordered an imitation jewellery from southindianjewel - VJs collection. Owner - VJ Priya Jayakodi on 10.09.2025. She gave me a tracking details on 11.09.2025. AWB #[protected]. When i tried tracking the item, it showed that the pickup is pending status. Still today (17.09.2025), the status is the same (Pickup pending). When i contacted her, she said that the product has been dispatched. But still I haven't recieved the product yet. I want to know where is the problem, from the seller or from the delivery end? kindly resolve Was this information helpful? |
