This is reference to various follow up and complaints about very low mileage on my new purchased car NEXON / Reg No. TN04AZ7816..

Have already given several update and relevant proof to the concern person @ Sales and as well as service Centre but don’t get any positive feedback so far….

Have attached again another latest proof which submitted already to my advisor ….

Hence it comes, 151 - 84 = 67
67 / 9.75 ltr comes mileage 6.87 ...

FYI … this is after first service and you can imagine the milage which I had before first service and it was not only 5.5 kms per litter for those have already given relevant proof to the concern person [MR. HARIHARAN & MR. RAJESH @ LAKSHMI TATA, VELACHERY]

I don’t find any solution and support from team so far which I feel so hesitate to call all of them each and every day and finally with non response from concern…..

Request you to escalate this complaint to higher official or concern portal, if you not right person to attend and solve it…
