From March 2022, I resided in Sri Lakshmi PG for Ladies close to BTM 2nd Stage in Kuvempu Nagar, Bangalore. This is one of Bangalore's worst PGs, and it doesn't deserve a single star. No month has gone by without being touched. The way the PG owner treats the guests is not good.
Here, I will be presenting all my points with the proof.
1) The room is filled with cockroaches. In the picture below, you can make out a gap in the almara where the cockroaches used to enter and contaminate it. Despite many reminders, even the owner isn't too concerned about it.
2) I frequently find cigarette ashes and filters in and around buildings. When I asked her about it, she gave me a really harsh answer. Here is the video evidence: Funny thing is, instead of rigidly enforcing rules, she pleaded with everyone not to do this when she put this video in the WhatsApp group. This shows that she had no intention of putting an end to the nonsense.
3) On top of everything else, she is extremely money-hungry. To fool you, she used to effortlessly change her words and documents. She was disputing the verbal communication that I had informed her I would be leaving the PG two months in advance. Because of that my exit from the PG was hell.
4) She was meant to return me 2000 rupees while I was leaving the PG, but she eventually changed the agreement to state that she only had to refund 1, 500. A copy of the agreement is provided below. Anyone may quickly see that this paper has been altered. After numerous reminders, she eventually only refunded 1000 rupees rather than 1, 500(as per her own altered figure).
5) She made my life miserable just a few days before I left the PG. She tried to get me to share my room with another girl, but I refused, so she was trying to trap me. Proof is provided below.
Be aware of these types of PGs and their owners' behaviours, my dear friends; if you fall for them unknowingly, your life will be miserable.
