Dear sir, I am getting harassed by Manjunath enterprise from last 3 months. Every month there is addition of Rs50 to my refill cost and when I make complain they tell it will be refund to my account but amount never refunded to me. I have already raised this issue to them (Reference No. 15223073 dated 04/01/2016 and Reference No. 15177985 dated 03/11/2015) but they are not at all resolving this issue. This time again there was overcharged (bill amount 722) and when I call customer executive, they told deduct Rs 50 and pay 672/- only but delivery guy refused to give the cylinder in 672/- and took back. Later on I got the cancellation message from HP. I really did not understand why this people are cheating to customer by overcharging extra amount. Please resolve this issue as this is repeatedly happening from last 3 months. Thanks Sunil Agrawal [protected]
