In spite of complaining to the owner about the bad behavior of the delivery man, they continue harass people by not giving change, demand excess money, Talk rough when asked to check the cylinder. Make noise by thumping and throwing cylinders. They always get impatient and talk loudly to hurry up to pay the money.
Hello HP Gas Team - What kind of agency is this and how a complaint is not addressed in spite of talking to the owner? We pay money to get a proper service and product and we still always at receiving end, HP may be thinking that it is doing favor on us. Pray when we get the piped connection here in Bangalore so that we permanently get rid of these inefficient agencies and bunch of rowdies cum delivery men at our door-step.
