I had taken a cable connection (IN digital) from Sri Manjunatha net service which is in 8th cross, Thigalarapalya, Hoodi Garden, Ramareddy layout, Whitefield. Two of my channels subscription got expired and I called the cable operator to recharge. They didn't do it. I called them at least five times and every time when I called, they will ask for the STB number and will say it will be recharged in 30 minutes. But it was not done for more than a week. And one time one lady spoke over the phone once and she responded so rudely and said that I should go directly to their office for recharge. I went there directly and the same lady was there. When asked about the delay in recharging, she said abusive words which is completely unethical. I have never experienced this kind of customer service. Please don't go for this cable operator.
