Sub: request for concerned department intervention against land grabbing of late ex serviceman family Respected sir I have been residing last 30 year's in the below address. My father had given the best part of his life to this nation (3 wars) and now that he has passed away. After his military service he was working in sri ram fiber's limited manali, chennai 68, during that time he bought 1800 sq. Ft cmda approval land survey no 36/10, plot no 176 which was in alamathi village, redhills from mr. Ravikumar power agent through sri ram fiber's limited welfare association. The land was registered in my name in sub register office redhills document no1883/1996. I applied patta on 2010 in ponneri taluk office and got patta on 2011 Details File no ; 8153 Date. : 9//8/2010 Patta no : 2876 Name. : s. Sureshkumar This original document still in my hand. Frequently i visited my land. My father was passed away on mid of 2016 after his death we have to change pension to my mother and lot of government procedures have to follow, last few years he was in his home town vellore and some of the papers in vellore and some in chennai.in this time i didn't visit my land. On 30/3/2018 i went to that place my land was occupied by Sri ragavendrabuilders H o : # 28/6, sri ragavendra dream home, 3rd floor, raghavan street, George colony, Tv. K nagar, Perambur, Chennai 11 He raised the basement in my land i asked him, he said this is my land i bought from s. Sureshkumar. I told him i am sureshkumar but he can't listen. They created duplicate document like with mine and get power for ramesh babu. Power document no 2068/2017 after he registered to b. Ramakrishnan document no 2714/2017 and changed the patta to his name. He used false voter id and photo for land grabbing I reported against this issue in Sp office Anti land grabbing Thiruvallur district Thiruvallur C no : 50/dsp/algsc/tvlr/2018. Apr 14, 2018 Updated by siva1973kumar விடுநர் சா. சுரேஷ்குமார் த/பெ. சாரங்கபாணி நெ. 10 தாமரைகுளம் முதல் தெரு பெரியதோப்பு மணலி, சென்னை 68 ஐயா நான் மேற்கண்ட விலாசத்தில் கடந்த 30 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக வசித்து வருகிறேன் எனது தந்தை இராணுவத்தில் பணிபுரிந்து ஓய்வுக்குபின் சென்னை மணலியில் உள்ள SRI RAM FIBERS என்கின்ற தொழிற்சாலையில் பணிபுரிந்து வந்த சமயத்தில் தொழிலாளர் சங்க அமைப்பு மூலமாக செங்குன்றம் அருகில் உள்ள அலமாதி கிராமத்தில் CMDA அப்ரூவல் பெறப்பட்டுள்ள சர்வே எண் 36/10-ல் உள்ள SRI RAM NAGAR என்கின்ற மனைப்பிரிவில் மனை எண்176 க்கு உண்டான 1800 சதுரடி மனையினை என் தந்தையார் தவணை முறையில் செலுத்தி, திரு. ஆர் ரவிக்குமார் என்பவரிடம் மேற்படி மனையினை என்னுடைய பெயருக்கு, ரெட்ஹில்ஸ் சார்பதிவு அலுவலகத்தில் பதிவு எண் 1883/1996-க்கு கிரய பதிவு பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேற்படி கிரயம் பெற்ற அசல் ஆவணமானது என்வசம் உள்ளது. நானும் என்மனையினை அவ்வப்பொழுது சென்று பார்த்து வருவேன். என் தந்தையின் 2016 மரணத்திற்கு பின் அவருடைய Military ஆவணங்கள் பெயர்மாற்றம் மற்றும் உடல் நலமின்மை காரணமாகவும் சில மாதங்களாக செல்லமுடியவில்லை. 30/3/2018 அன்று சென்று பார்த்தபோது என் மனையில் SRI RAGAVENDRA BUILDERS H O # 28/6 Sri Ragavendra Dream Home, 3rd floor, Ragavan street, George Colony, T V K Nagar, Perambur, Chennai 11 -ன் உரிமையாளரான திரு. பி. ராமகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் Basement கட்டுமான வேலைகளை செய்துவருவதை அறிந்து விசாரித்ததில் திரு. பி. ராமகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் மேற்படி மனையினை நான் கிரயம் பெற்றுள்ளேன் என்று என்னிடம் தெரிவித்தார். மேற்படி மனைக்குரிய அசல் ஆவணம் என் வசம் இருக்கும் பொழுது அசல் ஆவணத்தைப்போன்றே போலியான கிரய ஆவணம் தயார் செய்து, தொடர் நடவடிக்கையாக பொது அதிகார பத்திர எண் 2068/2017-ன் படி என்புகைப்படம், வாக்காளர் அட்டை மற்றும் பொது அதிகார பத்திரத்தில் என்னுடைய கையொப்பம் போன்று போலியாக தயார் செய்து, ஆள்மாறாட்டமும் செய்து கிரய பத்திர எண் 2714/2017 கிரயம் பெற்றுள்ளார். இங்கனம் என் பெயரினையும், புகைப்படத்தையும் தவறாக பயன்படுத்தி போலியான ஆவணம் பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். கடந்த 2010 ஆம் ஆண்டு பட்டாவுக்காக பொன்னேரி வட்டார அலுவலகத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்து 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு என் பெயருக்கு பட்டா பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது Details பதிவேடு எண் 8152 மனு அளித்த நாள் 9/8/2016 பட்டா எண் 2876 தற்போது பட்டா திரு. B, ராமகிருஷ்ணன் பெயருக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது இதுகுறித்து காவல்துறை ஆய்வாளர் நில அபகரிப்பு திருவள்ளூர் காவல் மாவட்டம் திருவள்ளூர் அவர்களிடம் புகார் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது C NO : 50/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2018.
