This is to bring to notice of all members of the online community about a fraud/ cheat OOH agency named Sri Sai Ads and his owner Mr. Hanumanthu Yadav having office address at 1 (C, Karakambadi Rd, Srinivasa Nagar, Sathyanarayanapuram, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh 517501 and D. N. 19-1-123, 4D 1TH Floor, 1D Harivillu Apartment,
Ramatulasi Kalyanamandapam Road, Tirupati-517501.
This agency is from Tirupathi (Address and all other contact details are mentioned below) and they claim to be into OOH services in Andhra and Telengana state.

We provided them a OOH campaign for one of our client in Tirupathi and they totally goofed it up. They did a big time fraud of not making the sites live after taking full payment advance along with GST. They provided us photo shoped images of the sites and we lost a valuable client of ours due to this fraud og theirs.
As we have already paid the whole amount advance along with GST against the invoice they raised, But its been almost a year and they have not filed their GST returns yet (Thus we are not getting the input credit for the GST amount we have paid to them). Initially they kept saying that we will file the returns soon but they never did. After some time they started saying that we will refund the GSt amount. Now its been almost a year and they have not refunded the GST amount (INR 5 Lakh) yet and have stopped responding to our calls and emails.
I have done some back ground cheks and came ot know that they have done this kind of frauds with multiple clients. We have already filed a greivence with GST dept and a police compant and will ensure that this fraud is put behind the bars real soon.
But it's our responsibility to make people aware of such fraud people and agencies so that no one else falls prey to these cheats. That's why i am writing this online complaint and lets spread this so much that people are aware from these cheats.
