Sri Sai Cells — swipe elite power service - more than 5 months still not done - waiting for more than 5 months

I had given my swipe elite power for service at sri sai cells, jayanagar, bangalore, as they were one of the authorized service centre for swipe telecoms. The mobile was given on august 2017. Till now no proper response on when the mobile would be available for me. Called multiple number of times and also visited the service centre, but i am yet to receive my mobile. Kindly make the process fast and give my mobile back.
