Sri Sai Dental Hospital Hyderabad — root canal was not done properly

I had got my mothers and husband dental root canal done here and it was not properly done and was filled with puss and we had to remove my husband's tooth after 8months when visited other clinic (Clove) where doctor properly explained the cause and gave us the scan report of the condition of the tooth.
Again same issue occurred with my mom's root canal and i visited sai dental again and when informed them head lady doctor started arguing and shouting that there is no guarantee for anything and when we checked with other dental (Clove) care we came to know that the root canal was not done properly and they drilled a whole for root canal wrongly and filled it.
When we asked that doctor showing report she says partha and clove are worst and started shouting again and saying us that we are propogandizing them and says us that we are shouting in their clinic, when we said the lady doctor in sai dental hospital that we as educated people are letting them know the issue and inspite of acknowledging the fault you guys are blaming us then she says your records are not here kindly leave.
I would never recommend this for any of my relatives and friends.
Even when i visited 6 months back for pain in wisdom teeth the same lady doctor asked me to remove it but when i visited clove they adviced me properly and i have my both wisdom teeth properly grown without any pain.
The service of the doctor in sai dental is horrible.
I can provide the details of both sai dental as well as clove report if required.
I want my money to be reimbursed or a proper action to be taken against such dental care where doctors think they can do anything and no one would ask them.
