I had taken a plan 1a for doing a data entry work on 6th august 2018, for rs.1550 for doing a 50 pages data entry, for which the scheduled timing for submission was 12th august (12:00pm). I had completed the task and with my mistake have completed the project in time but submitted the same by 11:36pm thinking that it is 12:00 midnight of 12th august.

After submitting the project, i received a mail from mr. Vasudev trivedi saying that my agreement stands cancelled as there is no extention of time given as mentioned in their agreement and they are following strict deadlines for completing their project which they have shared.

But when i have visited the consumer complaints forum, i found out the same file of work being given to me which was an year old, 18th august 2017, so is that project still on and with the same deadlines which they are talking about?? I was about to fill in another request with them due to my mistake but mr. Vasudev replies me saying that i should select a bigger plan otherwise they will not accept my request.

Then i asked him, if you are interested to give me this work with the same amount, then only i shall work other wise i shall not be interested, to which he accepted it gracefully.

This merely shows an inconsistency in their behavior and proof of their fraudulent activities. So guys, sincere request to all of you guys to not fall prey to these # and fool innocent people who wants to do some other activities and make money.

I request the govt to take some action against these people. Also if they have paid any payout to any person working with them, let them display the same payouts that they are making to people, like i found on some websites.

Sincere request to all to not to fall prey to these # and please continue to do your job, without paying in advance to anyone. Any person who follow such strict deadlines will not run the same project since one year and also will focus on completing the given project with certain leverage on the rules that they have made. If i would have completed the project on time, they would have definitely put a clause of corrections.
