We are the residents of sri sai nilyam of n29-174/1 new vidya nagar, neredmet old ps, we have raised a complaint before 4 days by calling 155313 and our complaint booking number is 5867. Sir without resolving problem they have closed the complaint, we are getting drinage water into our ground floor and the drinage water flows into roads.
Today we had once complained and they reopen the same issue and said they will send the people to clear the issue by 3 o clock.
But still now no one had came and after calling 155313 again they are saying the problem will be resolved in two days.
We have called the ghmc section manager
Sravani but she did not given any response
We didn't such this type of irresponsible people who are doing their jobs for serving people.
Sir please kindly consider the issue and please solve this issue as early as possible.
We think some one will help us and clear this drinage as early as possible.
