On saturday 28 oct 2017 when i visited sri sai tvs rc puram, bhel with a problem that kick rod of new scooty pep plus is not in the correct position it is slipping down when the vehicle engine is on. This scooty pep plus i purchased from them nine months ago i, e exactly on 28 jan 2017 and 3 services are done by them. So now they are charging 1500 to 2000 rupees
To solve my problem. They did not examine the vehicle they did not even open the case just they are told the amount that i have to pay and even they told that it is a major problem it will take 3 to days you need to leave the vehicle here in the service centre. Though the parts cover warranty they are told that it will not be covered under warranty and i need to pay the amount. Though the parts are available in the spare parts store they are simply cheating me that they are not available it will take 1 week time that to we need to place the order especially for you. This is not the first time to chest me earlier also i have already mentioned that they cheating the same thing they are repeating. Even they are good enough to close the complaint by stating the reason that the customer is not responding. So the problem with which went will not take more than 15 min to solve simply they are cheating, troubling they are not even bothered that the vehicle owner is lady. So i want my vehicle problem to be solved immediately with out delay. Mr murali krishna [protected] is responsible for such inconvenience, indiscipline, irresponsibility, cheating, troubling. This not the first time i have been visiting the service centre monthly due their negligence. Still there is no change in their service same reckless is continued. Was this information helpful? |
