Sri Santhi Signature — Heavy metal sounds on my apartment in evening time

Hello Iam from visakhapatnam. Iam residing in apartment called sri santhi signature Block-B
Heavy metal sounds are coming from my upper floor of my apartment which is too in night time.
This is happening every day.
Already according to apartment rules there should not be make heavy noises after 6.30 pm but they are violating rules and making heavy noises which is the disturbance of me and my family.I cannot live peacefully after coming from office.
I already raised a query in this platform but no response.Kindly consider my problem.
