I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your petrol pump located on SRI SATHYA FUEL STATION ( A unit of Earth Pavers ( Hyderabad ) - GSTIN - 36AAACE4413E2Z5 - My experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the issues I encountered.
On 08 Aug 2023, 9:30 AM, I visited your petrol pump to refuel my vehicle. The Petrol pump is wrongly kept by the Guy and carelessly looking which has petrol pump came up and started pouring petrol all over me . He need to atleast come to help and was not responsive and when i shouted is they way to do then he is saying not observed .Is this way people work in the petrol bunk i tried to connect with there manager and he is not available . it was highly dangerous situation all over my body petrol was there and my bike was fully drown with petrol .I am attaching the details /Place/location/person/ also i have paide 350 rupess . I defintly need justification for this and compensation for making my life risk and people are not cared of lives who comes to this petrol bunk
