I have purchased some products from https://www.srisritattva.com with order #112512. they have sent me broken products .For that I have been sending several mails from day of delivery of the product but no response from them. I have waited for so many days just to get a response from them but they dont even bother to revert to my concerns. The items were so damaged that I had to throw these after waiting to return those for so many days as these are not consumable.Very unprofessional and pathetic customer service.
