Appeared for the NEET exam with Roll No: [protected]. All my documents were verified by OJEE Council, and during the Round 1 selection, OJEE allocated me to SSCASRH where I completed my admission on 30-Oct-2023. In subsequent rounds of selection, OJEE allocated me to other colleges .
Then college tell me join that college on 13 November.So I join that college on 16 November. On the same day college agin tell me withdraw the course from that college and join our college . So I join in against vacant seats in accordance with the merit and in compliance with the rules and guidelines of OJEE, AACCC, and the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, during the mop-up round of 3. They submitted the list of admitted students, including my name, on 21-Dec- 2023. However, OJEE has rejected my candidature and submitted a list of students admitted at SSCASRH to NCISM in which my details are missing and that day OJEE clearly mention that "there are four students found who have got allotment through OJEE counselling and not withdrawn from the counselling process till 3rd round, as per NCISM guidelines they are not eligible for further rounds"
But college doesn't tell use full information and doesn't send this mail to us. They only tell use that you have already in going to the counselling and your name also register one there system. So you can't able to join.
Then DEAN sir and Prof (Dr) Debasish Satapathy get me hope that they will try to solve my issue and you continue your study. So till now I continue my study. But I received this mail on 24 June from DEAN sir.
This unexpected development has put me in a difficult position where I am unable to continue my study . So I want to quite my course.
Then I write a letter to Dean sir for withdraw my couse on 1st July and demand my compensation but till now they don't action on it they always try to avoid it. Please try to solve my problem ASAP for start my new course.
