Sri srinivasa gas service — My gas connection was locked due to their mistake

Respected sir/madam, i am s.muthusamy .i am your one of the customer. my LPG connection ID is[protected] and my dealer name is sri srinivas gas service at tirupur. My connection was locked .so, i can't book LPG gas for this month.i am try to get proper reason about this problem from my dealer.But, They are give any proper information about this problem . so i was totally irritated. Now i am change my LPG connection into other gas services or what can i do . Please give a proper response about this mail.i am totally disturbed due this problem .so please take proper steps about this problem as soon as possible.
