Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, Pallikaranai, Chennai — very poor service and creating new problems | |
Dear sir, Royal enfield and royal enfield authorize center is playing with me and my patience. I am not happy with royal enfield. Sorry to say this. On wednesday (12.07.17- 7:45 am aprx.) i have given my bike tb350 for general service at sri venkateswara bike zone, pallikaranai, chennai. For service and spares i have paid for rs.4, 248/- i took delivery on 14.07.17 by evening around 7:40pm. Next day morning i started the bike but not started and suddenly instrument cluster was switched off. I went same same evening to service center and the service center guy telling battery problem (Battery down) and cluster problem and need to be replaced both. Before giving service it worked properly. Then why i have to replace and pay. I replaced the battery and paid rs.2422/-. On that day they convinced and told me wait for one week will replace the cluster. Yesterday (28.07.2017) around 10:00am some one called from service center and asked me come. I went there today (29.07.17) and met them, they are telling we are not called you and telling some other stories and not responding my words and Already they told me within one week we will give replacement for cluster. As of now two weeks over and then now again they extended another one week. Not to resolve they want to speak with their tsm. The problem arised due to your authorized service center people, they only made mistake and why i have to loose my money. I want clear solution for that. I want to ask two questions to royal enfield Who is responsible, if service center made mistake. Who is responsible, if the service center not responding to customers. Please clarify.
