I have booked a refill on Jan-29-2015 and one more again on 5-Mar-2015. But till now my distributor is not delivered the cylinder. Today i have got the message saying booking was cancelled. I 'm trying to contact my distributor since 1 to 1.5 months at least 50-100 times daily. Either phone will be busy ortherwise they will not attend. I want to know the reason for not delivering the cylinder and/or reason for cancellation of booking. Aadhaar linking is already done by going to that stupid agency for 3-4 times even though i stay 10-15 kms away.
