Sri Vishnu Tejam Elite — Heat Pump was not working

This is Sri Vishnu Tejam Elite, 4star hotel which contains Rooms and Banquet halls from Narsipatnam, Anakapalli district, Andhra Pradesh-531116.
We have raised the complaint of Heat Pump not working from last 6 months But did not rectifyed the complaint. Our area service manager incharge Balaraju Who was responding to our calls but saying that will come tomorrow but not coming. But the complaint was not rectified from the last 6 months. Due to this problem our bookings was got decreased, and our rating also getting dropped. Our complaint Id was 00125791 which was given on the date of January 21st 2026
