Sride — SRide wallet money not refunded in bank account | |
Hi Nitin Chaddha (COO of sRide) & Team, This is Nitish Gupta, a SRide user. I have been trying to take my Sride wallet money into my bank account since March 2020 but still (now January 2021) I did not receive money. I have also sent many many mails to Sride support assistance ([protected]@sride.co) but did not get any revert yet. I am facing this problem in my two accounts (me & my wife). There is Rs.3600 in my Sride account (phone no. [protected], Name- Nitish Gupta) and Rs.1521 in my wife's account. I request your IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION to resolve this matter ASAP since it has been almost 1 year while facing this issue. We are now tired of taking too many follow-ups. I also saw huge number of people facing the same issue, check this link (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bycompany/sride-a569652.html) At-least sRide was not supposed to give this type of harassment.
