Sridhar Rice Mill — I'm complaining about too much ash spreading in the area

I'm kazi wasif ahmed from village saraitikar, burdwan.
Almost for a decade now, time to time we are complaining that too much of ash particles are spreading in the area from the chimney of the rice mill, and requesting to take action, But nothing is being done to reduce the ash, almost every day ash particals are entering in our house, sometimes falling on foods.
