Srinivas — Money deducted from ACCOUNT. Even took money from passengers in the form of cash

Please refund my money. I paid through digital cash. Initially it is not accepted. But later money deducted from my paytm account. He even took cash from my mother after trip. So i paid double amount. I tried to contact him back. He just blocked my number. Please kindly look in to this issue.
