Kindly do not join Srinsoft Technologies, Saidapet, chennai. This is no. 1 fraud company, when you join as a fresher they will collect all your original documents and will ask you to sign a bond for 2 to 3 yrs. Even though you have completed 3yrs of service they will not provide you the original documents. If you raise your resignation after completion of 3 yrs, termination letter will be issued instead of issuing the service certificate.
In this company, the fresher girls should not get married during the bond period, if the same girl becomes pregnant, she will not be treated the same as before. She will be added with lots of works in order to make her resign from the company. Once she raises her resignation, she will be asked to pay out the bond amount. Until she pays the amount her original certificates will not be given back to her. (Employee Name: Gayathri)
According to the Srinsoft Management, freshers getting marriage and attaining pregnancy is a crime.
You cannot find place to sit in the Canteen, AC's will be there but the management will not allow to switch on the Ac's.

The Management will have budget for Pooja every week, but they will not have budget for any team building/ engagement activity. He is a retired Bank Professional aged 80.
When coming to HR, The recruitment HR (Sangeetha) doesn't even how know to send a mail to employees, she knows only Cut/ Copy + Paste and send. If you ask her about the CTC structure, she doesn't know to explain/ clarify. We employees have to google and find out.
Then Operations HR (Priya), she is very good at fighting with the employees, if she talks.. it will be audible to the entire crowd of Srinsoft Technologies. Any time she will be busy, no time to talk to employees. Even Indian Finance Minister will not talk like her, she is no one fraud. She is capable to sell vegetables in CMBT Market.
The company will not hesitate to spoil the life of the employees.
Friends be clear not to join Srinsoft Technologies, saidapet, Chennai. They do not have any office in USA, if they call you for an abroad opportunity please be aware. If your VISA interview gets rejected once you will not be sent for the VISA interview again.
And Friends do not outsource your projects to Srinsoft Technologies, they will not be able to deliver. If you could login their website you cannot see the name of even one client.
Let me see if Srinsoft is capable of replying to my complaint...
