Sriram Chits, Gajuwaka Branch — harassment by giving false details to surety members

Respected sir,

I am v chaitanya kumar, customer of sriram chit, gajuwaka branch, and group no: jrx04, ticket no : 27. For an amount of rs 5l, with 40 months in oct 2015.

I got auctioned in dec 15 and got rs 3l in jan 2016.
I am regular in paying every month payment by giving cash to the collection agent who comes to my house by calling on mobile phone.
The pass book was not given, no slips are given to me.
Like that i continued to pay every month. Different collection agents come and collected every month/
In feb 2017, i went to delhi for a one week tour, in that tour i got a call from sriram chit legal department that you are not paid 03 months payment. Actually i have to pay feb 2017 payment only. They have told you have not paid dec 2016 payment, not updated in our records.
But in dec 2016, one collection agent came and taken my amount but he don’t deposited the amount. That agent was left sriram chits and joined some other company. Now after two months later they are saying not paid amount and i have to deal with the collection agent. Like that one month payment was mismatched with the records and my actual payments.
I informed the same to the branch manager, but no action, still one month different continues.
Again i am regularly paying the amount every month by giving to the collection agent.
In feb 2018, i went for ty duty to hyderabad for about 25 days. I was not able to pay that month amount, in next month i tried to pay the both the months payment, but the branch manager tells that you have due for 04 months, if you pay full amount only you will allow, not two months payment cannot be accepted.
I have not having 04 months money, so i requested branch manager to accept 02 months payment. But he refused. I came back, in the next month i & my suriety members got notice saying that you pay only 9 months instalments, balance rs 1, 73, 170 to be paid immediately.

Actually i am due for 02 installments but they are sending false advocate notices for me and suriety members. There by creating harrashment to me and my suriety members.
I think they have araised all paid details of my account and distributed my amount among the branch employees or branch manager had himself had stolen all my paid amount.

Please do the justice to me.
