Srivatsa International Pvt. Ltd, Nagercoil — Agency received Cash payment but still not give Car

I've book a vehicle with the following details

Date of Booking : 3rd May 2019

Booking Amount Paid : Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)

Vehicle Booked : Maruti Ertiga Zxi AT Petrol.

Name of Dealer : Srivatsa International Pvt. Ltd, Nagercoil

Dealer guaranteed false assurance on 27th May 2019 and forced me to pay Full payment of 11, 22, 000/-

I hesitated and paid Rs. 2, 00, 000/- (Rupees TWO LAKHS) on the very same day.

I waited for delivery till 6th July 2019. Since the dealer is not in a position to deliver my booked vehicle, I decided to cancel my registration, and requested for refund of my money paid. (Rs.2, 10, 000). Till date the dealer is delaying to refund the amount paid towards my booking.

Hence I request you to take necessary action to get my money back.
