SRM University — poor food quality in mess

My son is studying in srm university modinagar 2nd year b-tec, from 1st year he is complaining for the bad quality food serving in the mess, roties, daals are not properly cooked, many times they has to wait for the food and don't get sufficient quantity of food, even today he is complaining the same. After charging a huge amount children are not getting proper food sometimes they they fall ill, they are facing health problem. My appeal is please see the matter seriously. Thank you.
