Srm University Ramapuram — Disppointing

I joined ramapuram campus (srm university) expecting better focus on education and at a comparitively lesser fee than main campus. But what followed was dissapointing. The management of ramapuram is done by soninlaw of chairman and it runs by totally. different set of rules.
1) They attracted admissions by reducing fee but later forced to pay extra one lakh citing marks as cutt off after first year (didnt theyknew the marks in first yr and why only in second yr. They made few o[censored]s run from pillar to post denying us hall tickets bfr exams untill we paid the fee.
2) Not a good place to educate yourself and learn as people join here mainly to get a degree and politically influenced people influence the management and puppet like staffs for their advantage. They don't teach u a word after first semester is over.
3) Placement: Internships are invited from unknown unverified sources and some even turn out to be fake in the end to dissapointment of students who toil as intern and end up frustrated with no credits or stiphend for their work.
They invite large number of companies which are mediocre and not worth in a deemed university only to boost their number count of students placed through campus. The students in main campus are given more preference in placments and trainings.
4) Enjoyment or fun? Formals are made compulsory by most departments. Timing is 8-3.45 p.m compared to 9-3in main campus. the lunch hour is not sufficent with heavy crowd in canteen. There is a funnny guy in boots who is employed to scare away guys waiting inside campus or roaming around. coming 5 mins late to college means u lose attendance or write letter to hod. or ID card being taken i[censored] re a PG. Culturals happen in a small stage like in schools and with too many rules in place anyone would wish such a thing didn't exist.
5) Project: they reduced the project duration from three months to two and having 5 reviews it becomes practically impossible to complete an original project. The ones getting project from a centre rolling out bucks is favoured by this stupid system.
6) Facilities: Hostel- not so good.. strict timings which punish people if returning late at night. worst food.
Parking is a make shift ground which makes u experience hell during rainy days.
On the whole. ?Not worth the money.
