We have parcelled a Washing Machine from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 6-JAN-2015 by packing it ourselves they have charged around 850 for transport to Bangalore and again charged 400 for delivery from parcel center to home. To our utter shock when opened the package we have seen broken washing machine were it looks like they have thrown the washing machine on side wise.
If that was the way they will deliver the goods first place they should not have taking the consignment it self for electronic goods, they have taken and delivered 20000 /- washing machine in broken state. Was this information helpful? |
