Hi,
SS Electronics shop, Amali, silvassa provided us Damaged tv. While we booked the tv they shown us 2022 tv model but delivered 2021 model. We offered them that please provide tv with online amazon price Rs. 15000. So they ready to provide but on delivery time they give us 2021 model n taking Rs. 15500 amount and our old Sony tv.
They told us that we will minus Rs. 3000 of your old tv but not doing same. They are doing cheating with us. They are not returned or minus our old Sony tv price in exchanged time. Please do some needful.
