I, Bhupinder Singh resident of C-43 sector G LDA Colony Kanpur Road Lucknow - 226012 had ordered a set of 25 boxes and the order shipped has a few boxes with tiles broken and one of the boxes had tiles broken from the middle which cannot be consumed. Upon requesting for the replacing the box the distributor staff did not give any consideration and kept on arguing. This was a highlighter tile box and not getting a replacement for it would result in disturbing the whole tile pattern to be applied. This is not acceptable and it is my right as customer to get the correct and quality product. We have dropped the broken box at the distributors shop and he has neither refunded or replaced it.
