I contacted Sshivani Durga for help regarding her astrology services, I paid her advance 5100 INR to get an appointment as per the procedure, as she doesn't listen until you pay her, for me it was fare enough. I paid her and sent her text and email but she didn't reply. I called her up and she was rude and hang up on me while saying I can not call her unless she ask me to. After that I emailed her saying I have paid since 2 days but haven't got any appointment, she replied it takes 2 days to schedule, so I waited. but on the third evening since paid I didn't hear so I called again and she didn't answer. I emailed her saying that I cant wait till her convenience and as she is so rude and arrogant on the phone and email, I don't want to deal with any such person and I asked for my money back, after two emails she replied asking for my bank details, I sent her details and also told her that she should transfer the money asap as I need it urgently ( and even if I don't need it urgently it doesn't matter, it is my money and since I didn't use her services, she should return my money asap, which is called basic ethics) but she replied to me wit a nasty message saying no one is my servant and she will return when she wants to, I replied her back requesting I need the money urgent and since no services used she should return it and as I paid her instantly when I needed her help but out of my choice I don't want to use her help anymore. but later she replied saying expect the money in my account till Saturday. But I was sure she is just replying that to get rid of me, no money received in my account on Saturday so I called her up, she had blocked my number by now, I emailed her saying I need my money and today is Saturday as promised by her but I got nothing in my account and I want to know if she is going to return or not. After that she sent me a threatening email saying she is going to post all my email and text, I said she can do that as I have also all her email and calls recorded so I sent her another email asking if she is going to return my money or not and to let me know very clearly, coz if she doesn't want to then I should know and stop all this madness. to which she replied I need medical help very soon . but again the question regarding returning my money remain un answered and seems she likes to keep people hard earned money with her self.
She is totally different then her videos, I approached her with lot of trust as on her videos she shows her a kind hearted and friendly image, but in reality its totally different, She is very arrogant and rude at least that's my experience. I went to her with my free will for help but when I decide I don't need her help, she should return the money as a good professional. and not start a discussion and endless email exchange.
I would never ever advice anyone to contact her. she is just another money digger!
And yes I Still didn't get my money 5100 INR back. the question here is not about 5100 inr, the question here is about moral and ethics, if she is so fair and good professional she would return the money as her services hasn't been used but she likes to keep the money with her ... its sad that people like her are so image conscious on videos but in real its so different. if she dint want to return my money, she could have just let me know and I would have forgotten about the money.
