This complaint is about my college principal is not giving hall ticket because of fee due. She Is Not Meeting The Parent To Ask Time Or Concession. From past 3 days i am going to college for hall ticket and to talk with my principal she is totally ignoring us and she is indirectly insulting us. Due to pandemic my father as lost is job so for that reason i wanted to ask concession for Rs-5, 000 out of 35, 000.
