St Courier Pattukkottai Branch — Staff

I booked a medicine parcel through ST Courier which was supposed to be delivered through the ST Courier Pattukottai Branch. However, the parcel containing medicines has not been delivered on time.
When I contacted the Pattukottai branch regarding the delay, the staff behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. They were not willing to provide proper information about the parcel status. Instead of helping, they gave lethargic and careless responses.
The employees did not guide me on how to track the parcel, nor did they attempt to check the tracking details themselves. They were also not responsive when asked about the expected delivery date. Since the parcel contains medicines, the delay is causing inconvenience and concern.
I request the concerned authority to look into this issue, ensure the parcel is delivered immediately, and take appropriate action regarding the rude behavior and lack of customer support from the staff at the Pattukottai branch.
