Atrocious attitude from their end, the tracking status shows refused by the party and undelivered but no one visited our apartment for delivery at 06.47 PM and there was no entry at the gate for your delivery person, without visiting how can it be possible.The above consignment was received by the Koyambedu hub on 28/04/23 and the status shown out for delivery since then till 06.47 PM on 29 04 23.I had ordered a gift for my relative from thirupathur for his 80th birthday and everything gone waste.
Even the customer care executive do not have any control over the hub incharge/delivery agents.
