My friend has send me a courier from madurai to trichy.(11/11/2024)she sent it by monday and courier reached to the trichy office by tuesday(12/11/24).By the time 12p.m i tracked the courier it shows out for delivery.But by evening 6 p.m when i checked it shows UNDELIVERED for door lock.They falsely entered the status that the door is locked.But im in my home only when i called them they said that they have not come to our area but for the sake they entered that door is locked.I have been waiting for my parcel till evening but what they had is simply couldn't acceptable.kindly take such action for poor service.
