Myself Sukhendu Kar parents of Saikat Kar candidate Id:7971458 has passed secondary examination from your board in this year 2023. After all fees cleared before the examination as well as your examination fees the school authority denied to provide Marksheet & Certificate of my sons result due to unauthorised demanded of rupees 1000.00 and they told from this year ICSE board has also demanded of rupees 1000.00 so they claim the amount.
Your honour, my question if I cleared the all fees related the examination then why I deposit the additional amount to school for collect the matksheet and certificate. Hope you clarify the same and do the necessary steps accordingly to the school authority. I have also going to file to consumer forum againt the school authority after conformation from your end.
