I had ordered a Fitsense SW (smart Watch) on line. The order was given on nd August and a parcel arrived onth August . For my surprise when I opened the parcel a few stones were found. No watch was inside. I complained to the Fitsense SW company and they promised to replace it. But till today, it has not yet come. I paid Rs. 2499 by my debit card.
My order ID=5181. It was parceled by SHIPROCKET company. It came from Allahabad. Fitsense company mobile:[protected].
Please help me to get back my watch.
