Stalkbuylove — delay in delivery

I have placed order on nov first 2019. There is no response from the company. There is no option to cancel this prepaid order. Its been more than one and half month. No response for my mail's as well... Their customer service number is out of service. Please do something immediately as i suspect this as some fraud activity which can happen to other customers as well as this app is still available on the play store
