Stalkbuylove — did not get back my refund

Its almost been a month that i hv been calling them regularly.. I cancelled an item due to late delivery.. N prepaid for that bt uptil nw my ammount is nt refunded and also customer care no. Is reachable as always reply goin under maintanance... It ws nt expected frm sbl.. Also mailed them i always got an auto generated mail. I think sbl has closed its site and its no longer gonna deliver people's delivery as same as money..

I have ordered 2 tops frrom SBL on 3rd June and it was supposed to be delivered on 15 June. But order is still not delivered. I have paid money online. Order number is[protected]. Their customer care service number is always under maintenance. Moreover they do not respond to mail Id. Every day one date for delivery increases. Help me with this.
