Stalkbuylove — did not receive my order. | |||||
I ordered a dress with order no #[protected] on 17th of September from STALKBUYLOVE. I had already paid for the order(online transaction) and on 19th of September when I checked on the app again, the status of the order was showing "Complete". I thought maybe it is only showing that the order has been accepted from the company. Usually the product we order from STALKBUYLOVE is dispatched after 3 days but I haven't even received any email regarding tracking details of the product and have no information whether my product has been shipped or not. Atleast the company should start responding to the mails their customers send them instead of their automatically generated mails saying *WE ARE THANKFUL TO YOU FOR WRITING TO US. YOUR QUERY WILL BE SOLVED IN MAXIMUN 24-48 HRS, MUCH LOVE TO YOU.* Atleast update your app so that it can show the status of our order. Either parcel my product to my registered address or cancel it and REFUND MY MONEY, which may not be valuable to you people but it is definitely valuable for me.
