Stalkbuylove — I am complaining against stalkbuylove, as the payment for the purchased product is done and tracking is unavailable

I had placed order for a coat on 27th September 2019. Payment has been already done, and now I cannot track my order at all from their website, neither is there any customer care number working nor their email is valid. It's such a big fraud with the customers, they are taking the money and then not responding to their customers. My order Number is[protected]. I cannot understand how is the website still running?
