Stalkbuylove — money paid, cancelled the order, no refund intimation.

I ordered from sbl on 28. Nov.2019, they stated the order will be delivered in 3 business days after 7 days no mail was received. Order stand cancelled now but still no intimation on refund. There customer mail address is showing not available as well. I have tried reaching out to the mentioned number on there site, that too is not valid. Please look into this.
