Hi sbl team,
I ordered a dress from sbl website on 19th may, (Order no[protected] which was first was supposed to be delivered on 2nd june, but it wasn't. You guys kept delaying the delivery everytime. It gets delayed each day. And now the deliver date shows to be on 29th june which i can bet will be delayed again the next day. It's has been more than a month since i ordered 3 dresses. And when i tried to reach for support from the sbl team... You guys gave me nothing but a generic mail everytime just from different support execs. Everytime i tried to call on the
Customer service number it was under maintenance. I tried to follow up everyday but it was the same generic mail that i got in reply. The customer service was in fact really unhelpful and pathetic and the management of the app or website too. I just need to to know where my order is? Is it going to be delivered to me or not?
